Dr Arif Completed His Bachelor Of Physiotherapy Degree At the Integral University Of Lucknow And Went To The Internship In Sahara Hospital Along With The Internship He Was Also The Part Of The Hockey India League With the Sahara Hockey Team As an Assistant Sports Therapist. Apart From This He Is Himself A State Level Volleyball Player Since 2002 And Also Participated In The Olympic Event And Got The Certificate Of Appreciation. Following This, He Moved To The CCS University Meerut To Complete His Masters Of Physiotherapy In The Speciality Of Sports Medicine. In 2013 He Started Working With Metro Group Of Hospitals Meerut For More Than 1 Year This Included Rotations In Musculoskeletal Pediatrics, Orthopedic Trauma, And Hydrotherapy. He Enjoys Helping His Patients With Their Rehabilitation Before And After Orthopedics Surgery To Maximize Their Outcomes.
In 2014 He Moved To Orthosports Physiotherapy Centre As A Specialist Physical Therapist To Treat Mostly Sports And Musculoskeletal Cases Conservatively And Complete Rehabilitation For Post Operative Cases, He Has A Special Interest In Orthopedic Rehabilitation Research And Completing Quality Projects. He Has Worked Alongside Orthopedic Surgeons To Develop Physiotherapy Rehabilitation Protocols.
In 2016 He Has Planned To Move to Saudi Arabia To Join the Almana Group Of Hospitals As A Specialist Physical Therapist For The Medical Centre And Al Ettifaq Football Club Sponsored By Almana Group, He Is Delighted To Treat Clients Here For Various Conditions. Apart From Having A Special Interest In the Conditions Of The Orthopedics, He Is Keen To Help Clients Get Back To Playing Their Chosen Sport, Activity Or Life As Quickly As Possible. He Aims To Empower His Clients With Up To Date Information, As Well As Prescribing Specific Exercises And Using Suitable Manual Therapy.
